IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Upon the advice of the Welfare Fund's lawyer's, the Executive Council wish to restructure the Welfare Fund to better protect the assets and interests of the Members and to manage potential risks and liabilities.

A company called 'London Fire Brigade Welfare Fund Limited' ("FundCo") has been formed to which it is proposed the entire business and assets of the Welfare Fund are transferred. (The business and assets relating to the 'The Escape' bar will actually be transferred as a wholly owned subsidiary of FundCo called 'The Escape Bar and Kitchen Limited').

Details regarding this transfer and the Annual General Meeting at which its vote shall be conducted can be found on our Upcoming Events page.
